2. Orders & Payment
• All payments must be made in advance or per agreed milestones.
• Secure payments are processed through providers like Klarna.
• We reserve the right to decline any order suspected of misuse.
3. Approvals & Project Workflow
• Approvals are taken at every stage (design → development → animation → publishing/printing).
• Once approved, work moves forward and refund terms apply (see Refund Policy).
4. Refunds
Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully.
5. Intellectual Property
• Rights transfer to the client only after full payment.
• We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.
6. Liability
• We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, printing vendors, etc.).
• Our liability is capped at the total value of the project.
