Refund & Returns Policy

At Metasphere Studios LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality digital, creative, and printing services. This policy explains how refunds and returns are handled across our service categories.

1. Logo Design & Logo Animation

• We provide unlimited revisions.
• You may request a full refund within the first two (2) revisions.
• After two revisions are completed, you may request a 60% pro-rated refund.

2. Web Design & Development

• You may request a full refund until the design phase is completed.
• Once the design phase is approved and development begins, you may request a 50% pro-rated refund.
• In such cases, all design and progress files completed up to that stage will be delivered to you.

3. Video Animation

• You may request a full refund before the initial storyboard or first draft is delivered.
• Once the first draft has been delivered, only a 50% pro-rated refund may be requested.

4. Social Media Marketing & Management

• Our management fees include strategy, design, and posting. Ad spend is billed directly to your card by platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, etc.) and is non-refundable.
• A full refund is available until your first approved post is published.
• Once posts go live, refunds are no longer possible.

5. SEO & PPC Campaigns

• A full refund is available until initial research/optimization work begins.
• Once campaigns are launched or optimization starts, refunds are no longer available.
• Ad spend billed directly by advertising platforms is non-refundable.

6. Printing & Merchandise

• As printing orders are custom-made, refunds are not available once production begins.
• A pro-rated refund may be considered depending on the production stage.
• Defective or incorrect items caused by our error qualify for a replacement or full refund.

7. General Refund Rules

• All refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take up to 14 business days.
• For merchandise returns, products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Klarna Requirement)

• For eligible physical products (printing/merchandise), you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.
• To exercise this right, contact us at support@metaspherestudios.com within the 14-day period.
